Come experience chair yoga! This class focuses on connecting our breath with our body to support mindful movement. We will build stability, strength, and calm that we can use in our daily lives through a series of gentle poses from and with the support of a chair. Suitable for both new and experienced yoga practitioners! Sarah is a certified yoga teacher, spicy food aficionado, and always-learning gardener. With additional training in chair and adaptive yoga, she is comfortable offering modifications to participants to support various needs and love welcoming everyone to my classes.
